Item 1 In the past year until now, there have been 47 investors and investment promotion requests through BOI, worth 173 billion baht. Vicharn Group would like to propose investors or businessmen

1.) To choose to buy 3 million rai of available land in 47 provinces and

2.) Vicharn Group proposes the design and supervision of the construction of artificial islands on land 7 to 10 meters high to prevent flooding for building data storage and data centers for offices

3.) In the case that investors already have land, Vicharn Group is ready to propose the design and supervision of construction only for the construction of artificial islands on land only

Item 2 The data storage room and data center of Data Center and Cloud Service have the following necessary characteristics:

1.) It must use a lot of electricity in a room with high temperatures. Some places need to use clean energy, such as wind power, solar power, and water power. However, in Thailand, there are many sources of energy from excess electricity.

2.) There must be the highest level of security protection in and outside the room.

3.) A large amount of water must be used to cool the room at all times. It is easy for chemicals or heavy metals to contaminate the water in the cooling room.

4.) In foreign countries such as China and the USA, data centers and cloud services are far from communities or people, such as in forests or on mountains.

Point 3, Wichian Group proposes that data storage rooms and data centers are suitable for building on private artificial islands on land 7 to 10 meters high, in areas that are not permanently flooded, and have wastewater treatment measures that will flow into public water sources.

1.) There will be 2 wastewater treatment ponds on the island, 2 floors, within a thick concrete wall that prevents flooding, and does not affect the sustainability of the environment in any way.

2.) If it is in the Maldives in Thailand project,

2.1) There is a security guard point on the outermost dam (as shown in Figure 1) and the earthen wall (as shown in Figure 4.2).

2.2) Wichian Group will hire a company Water analysis consultants inspect water quality

2.3) And every 3 months, there will be employees of Wichian Group and representatives of the consulting company to inspect the safety of electrical appliances and the discharge of wastewater into the central pond in every building.
